Discord user giovannidannato, who appears on Identity Evropa’s “Nice Respectable People Server,” that was leaked in March by Unicorn Riot, has been identified as none other than Shaun M Williams of Cincinnati, Ohio.
The connection between the deadly Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville in 2017 and Identity Evropa (now rebranded as American Identity Movement) cannot be overstated. According to the SPLC, the white supremacist group was involved in the planning of the white supremacist rally and they are “at the forefront of the racist ‘alt-right’s’ effort to recruit white, college-aged men and transform them into the fashionable new face of white nationalism.”
Compare the hairlines of these two photos. On the left, Shaun M Williams at Politics & Prose interrupting an anti-racist author, and on the right a photo of Shaun M Williams almost a decade earlier, pulled from his mother’s Facebook account.
Last week, members of AmIM/American Identity Movement (previously known as Identity Evropa before a rebrand), mobbed a bookstore during an author’s presentation of his anti-racist book. Peruse our thread identifying their members. It is not hyperbolic to say that these white supremacists are looking to continue to gain footholds into mainstream discourse by any means necessary, including infiltrating local GOP offices, recruiting at college campuses, etc.
We introduce you to another Identity Evropa/American Identity Movement member who was at Politics & Prose bookstore event.
We introduce to you Shaun M. Williams.
Shaun first introduces himself under the pseudonym Giovanni.
He posts a link to a blog on the #cyberstrike channel to a blog that he operates under the same pseudonym, Giovanni Dannato.
In this blog, he talks about various topics. He also has a section where he links to several other blogs he operates.
Notice the “Kingdom of Introversion” blog- that will become important later.
Also note that he has written for infamous misogynist Daryush Valizadeh, also known as Roosh Valizadeh, Roosh V and Roosh Vorek’s Return of Kings.
Do note that Roosh V has links to Gamergate. Roosh V has been banned from entering the UK since 2017. Considering “Giovanni’s” sites have archives on Archive.org dating all the way back to 2008, it can only be speculated that he joined in the disgusting misogyny, sexism, and racism of GamerGate as well. In fact, here are some of the disgusting articles he has written for Return of Kings about his views on women- and you’ll see why we call him a creepy incel.

He is incredibly racist. His basis of knowledge sits on top of debunked racial theories, which are prominent throughout all of his blog posts.
He went to work in the trades, as we will dig into deeper later, because he wanted to avoid female bosses. His misogyny knows no bounds.
He espouses nonsensical views on gender, tinged with a side of misogyny and entitlement.
Shaun also believes in eugenics, a pseudoscience, which was a set of racial theories that fascists
used to stop immigration. IQ tests themselves were created by white supremacists seeking to prove the “Nordic advantage”, when it really just shows their ableism and racism.
He believes in the necessity of social stratification, as many fascists do as fascism rests its foundation on the belief that hierarchies are natural. This is truly just a form of classism and worship of the economic elite. The irony that white supremacists believe in hierarchy and yet state that leftists are backed by the elites is lost on no one.
Across his several blogs, he has had a few aliases including: John the Peregrine, UncleGluon, Gluon the Ferengi.
Although his blog now lists his contact e-mail as giovannidannato@gmail.com,
we were able to find archives of some of his blogs with reference to the e-mail zygmuntsmw@msn.com.
Specifically, this was the e-mail that was tied to his PayPal account by which he would ask for donations on his website for the longest time.
This would be his undoing.
A simple Google search brings us this result.
From there, we were able to find his MyLife profile and his WhitePages profile
as well as others.
Giovanni Dannato confirms the residence in New Mexico, affiliation with living in Washington DC, and current/ former residence in Ohio as well by talking about living in DC, living in a desert(New Mexico), and living in a Midwestern “Flyover” state (Ohio).
Zygmunt stands for Zygmunt Bauman, a polish sociologist who was driven out of Poland by a political purge engineered in 1968 by the Communist Government of the Polish People’s Republic and generally is considered to be a big influence on the anti-globalization movement. You can see the reference to Zygmunt by Shaun again in his forum boards.
From his name & possible relatives listings, we were able to find his mother’s Facebook account, where she confirms she lived in DC & her profile lists her in ew Mexico. This is where we found two quite old photos of Shaun.
Matching these up with photos we have of a Defend Columbus event that members of Ohio’s Identity Evropa chapter went to, you can spot Shaun M Williams aka “giovannidannato” next to Jacalyn Grace Thomas aka NITRODUBS.
This isn’t the only time Jacalyn and Shaun have worked together. They both put up flyers at Wright State University as well. You can even see him in the reflection, standing next to Jacalyn, in one of the photos she posts.
Lucky for us, he even talks about his place of employment on discord. He claims the recruiter is sympathetic to white nationalist extremist ideology. We believe he works for Loram Maintenance of Way, Inc. as some sort of technician/ apprentice electrician. If anyone has more information about his place of employment, please e-mail us.
